Dr. Mohammad Reza Nikshoar is a highly experienced Professor of Surgery and Board-Certified Colorectal Surgeon with over 35 years of clinical, surgical, and academic experience. He earned his medical degree and completed his General Surgery training at leading medical universities in Iran, followed by a Fellowship in Colorectal Surgery at the Royal Infirmary Hospital in Glasgow, United Kingdom.

Throughout his career, Dr. Nikshoar has worked across academic and private healthcare institutions, providing specialized surgical care while contributing extensively to medical education and surgical training.

His areas of expertise include laser surgery for hemorrhoids, anal fissures, fistulas, pilonidal disease, and abscesses, as well as advanced laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures. These include colorectal surgery, gastrectomy, cholecystectomy, appendectomy, hernia repair, thyroidectomy, and abdominal mass removal.
